Imagine being a central part of our Core Engine team as a Chief Engineer, where you lead and coordinate technical efforts with significant impact. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for specific types of machinery and ensure effective collaboration within the team. You will drive continuous improvements in processes and solutions, making each day unique and challenging.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will oversee and coordinate technical issues in delivery projects, providing support to engineers and project managers.
Review and approve technical documentation to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
Optimize workflows and processes within the technical area to increase efficiency and promote improvements.
Provide technical support to sales and complex projects, including cost estimates and solution reviews.
Share your knowledge, mentor team members, and ensure smooth information flow within and between teams.

What You Bring

Master's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in turbines or similar technical systems.
Strong technical competence, structured work methodology, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement.
Experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, PLM, Tacton/Digibid, and Socrates is advantageous.

About the Team

Our team currently consists of 40 dedicated employees, including designers, project leaders, and Chief Engineers. We value collaboration and support each other in working on new technical solutions and customer inquiries. Together, we strive to create innovative solutions and improve our processes, making our work environment both stimulating and developmental.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
